Bora in Murter

After 8 hours driving we (my brother and our two daughters) arrived in Jezera on the beautiful island Murter at 7 p.m.. We took over the boat, a Beneteau First 35 (built 2012) and stowed our luggage in the boat. The weather is calm today but expected to get worse during the night. To be exact, a Bora is expected for the night, to last until Monday morning.
Our Beneteau First 35 We parked the car outside the marina, as they wanted to charge us 55 EUR per week, and started the search for a good restaurant (a konoba). My experience is that best restaurants are to be found in the rear area of a harbour town. This knowledge finally led us led us to Konoba Leut (1). We had a great evening with great food there. After a short walk through the little town we fell into our bunks at around 10pm. During night the expected Bora started its concert in the yachts' riggings and I had to get up to tighten halyards and other ropes to reduce noises. It's always funny to meet the other skips during night for the same reasons.
Sailing crew in good mood (1) Leut is a traditional croatian sailing boat.
