Thanks to our host two bicycles are prepared early in the morning. We ride southwards to the large lake (Veli Jezero) where a track leads us around the lake. The lake itself is beautiful. Extremely light wind today as we depart from ACI Marina Dubrovnik. Right after leaving the channel that leads to the yacht harbor three dolphins appear below our bow and accompany us for a while. With engine, we head directly towards the northwestern end of Mljet. At midday we see gain a pod of dolphins near the eastern end of Mljet. After Okuklje wind increases and we are able to hoist sails. 8 knots of wind let us sail some miles against a north westerly. We check and trim sails and rigg for the days to come.
